Well, I think I should post about my shopping trip yesterday to prove a simple point: What guys think looks good, does not always look good to the ladies out there.
Case in point, I was in need of some clothes and accessories for the upcoming summer. So I took some time off yesterday to get out and get what I needed, I did some during the day, other stops after work. In total I spent a couple hundred and got the following: new sunglasses, running shoes, 2 Adidas shirts, plus some other misc hygiene items. Not a bad day!
Well all proud of myself I came home and had Amy check them out: well that turned out not as I expected... Sunglasses (tad too small for my face), One shirt (looked a little tight), shoes (got a bad review), other shirt she is OK with.
Sadly I went to bed kinda down on my "style" choices, but thank goodness I can return everything I need to. Sunglasses, one shirt, shoes are all going back and I am going to take Amy out with me to pick out the needed replacements (except the Sunglasses I am getting on EBay).
So guys, bring your significant other or best girl buddy (bribe if needed) out with you when you splurge on some items for yourself. It will save you time going back again to return and re-try on things. You want to look good when you are with your girl, or on the hunt for one.
